Patients can now conveniently pick up their prescriptions at our Coastal Health & Wellness (CHW) Texas City clinic!

🕗 Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
📦 Deliveries arrive daily around noon
🚫 Closed the second Wednesday of each month

If you have an injectable epinephrine and/or insulin prescription with an out-of-pocket cost over $25, you may qualify for copay assistance through our Coastal Rx Relief Program.

✅ Must be a Coastal Health & Wellness patient with a visit in the last 18 months.
✅ Prescription must be filled at Hitchcock Hometown Pharmacy.
