• Strong skills in Therapeutic Massage and Deep Tissue

• Reliable, grounded, and professional in all client interactions

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

• 50% commission plus gratuity
• Eligibility for commission increases based on performance, reliability, and long-term contribution

Kenai Massage is a well-established holistic massage studio in Hixson seeking a skilled, reliable Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.

We currently have both, full-time and part-time opportunities, depending on experience, availability, and overall fit.

This position is ideal for a therapist who values:
• Consistency and professionalism
• Client-centered, high-quality care
• Clear communication and follow-through
• A calm, collaborative, and respectful work environment

COMPENSATION:
Commission begins at 50%+ plus gratuity (depending on service and duration). Full-time LMTs are eligible for commission increases based on performance, reliability, and time with the company.

Scheduling and hours will be determined collaboratively and will based on client demand and mutual alignment.

REQUIREMENTS
• Active TN massage therapy license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years professional experience preferred
