Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Life Care Center of Hixson's in-house team of therapists and nurses individualizes care based on each resident's and patient's personal needs and goals. Our associates want you to Live Well, which is why we offer free community wellness programs, such as CarFit, A Matter of Balance, monthly educational series and tai chi classes.

🎉 Richard came to Life Care Center of Hixson with functional limitations and overall decreased independence. Through physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, he reached his goals and was able to go home independently less than month later!
