We are thrilled to announce that we have 1-2 positions available for a part-time clinician, with an opportunity to grow to full-time, in a thriving therapy practice.
We are seeking a motivated and upbeat clinician to join our comprehensive DBT private practice working with adults, teens, couples and families. Candidates must have at least foundational DBT training through Behavioral Tech or one offered by a former Behavioral Tech trainer (such as Charlie Swenson's training) and a current NJ license. Candidate must have experience in providing individual and group therapy, in addition to DBT training.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about DBT and evidence-based treatment, and is excited and committed to growing their DBT skill set. This is a great opportunity to ease into a private practice setting, be on a comprehensive and supportive DBT consultation team, receive supervision in DBT, Prolonged Exposure, CBT, and other evidence-based treatment protocols. Clinicians will be able to obtain clinical hours and receive excellent fee-for-service compensation and training. Hired clinicians will also have opportunities to co-facilitate DBT groups for adults and adolescents, engage in advanced training and consultation opportunities with a training stipend, and work with a diverse patient population. There is also a possibility to expand caseload from part-time to full-time in the future.
We are very much dedicated to ensuring that our practice and our team are warm, welcoming, and supportive, and are committed to providing those that work here a fantastic opportunity to grow.
