It’s been a while since we’ve done a challenge together, and we cannot wait to connect with you on the mat as we all prioritize mind-body-spirit strength moving into Spring (…cannot believe there is ❄️ falling outside as I write this!).

The Details:
- Add your name to the list in the studio.

- Complete 20 yoga or sculpt classes in the month of March 2026!

- When March is over, we will enter everyone who completed 20 classes into a random drawing to win the below prizes:

Prize 1: One month of free yoga classes at Flow and a Flow Tank! (value $210)
Prize 2: A Special Liforme Mat (value $200)
