🌸✨ We had such a wonderful visit from Good Shepherd Hospice today! ✨🌸

They joined our residents for a meaningful activity, creating beautiful bookmarks together. 📖💜 This simple craft turned into a time of laughter, sharing stories, and building special memories.

Yesterday, we gathered to celebrate the life of our dear resident, Don Real. Don was a man of simple joys with a heart full of faith, he loved his ice cream and he loved his God.

As we remembered him, we played “Go Rest High on That Mountain” by Vince Gill, a song that beautifully reflected his spirit and the peace we know he has found.

It was an honor to care for him and to share in his journey. May his memory continue to bless all who knew him.

Today’s Featured Meal at Hobart Nursing & Rehab 🍴

Our residents enjoyed a homestyle plate of savory pork chops with caramelized onions, mashed potatoes and gravy, seasoned mixed vegetables, a warm buttered roll, and a sweet berry cobbler topped with whipped cream. 🥔🍖🥦🍞🍰
