Palmer Drug Abuse Program of Lea County The Palmer Drug Abuse Program of Lea County (PDAP) provides a safe, positive, and loving place for in Snyder in Hobbs, NM.Our counseling office is at 500 N.

At PDAP we provide multiple group for those affected by substance abuse. We have groups not only for those those individuals with substance abuse problems, but for the entire family as well. Please contact us at (575) 397-6237 or (575) 397-6333 if you have any questions. Our business office is located inside the First United Methodist Church at 200 E. Dalmont in Hobbs, NM. This office is directly north of the First United Methodist Church.
