Hairdressers carry so much tension through their upper back and rhomboids from working with arms raised all day.

In this session I used cupping, deep stripping, and an old-school manual release to loosen that big stubborn knot sitting right between the shoulder blade and spine. 🫶🏼✨

That area controls so much — your shoulder movement, your posture, even your breathing. When it’s tight, everything feels off.

If you’re behind the chair all day, take care of your body the same way you take care of everyone else’s. 💛
