As we start the new year, let us not forget those left behind. Their sacrifice lives on in our freedom

The Missing Man Table—also known as the Fallen Comrade Table—honors Prisoners of War (POWs), those Missing in Action (MIA), and all service members who never made it home.
Originating during the Vietnam War, this powerful tradition reminds us that our fallen and missing are always with us in spirit.
Every item carries meaning: • A round table for everlasting concern
• White cloth for purity of service
• Red rose and ribbon for sacrifice and resolve
• Lemon and salt for bitterness and tears endured
• Candle for hope
• Bible for faith
• Inverted glass for the toast they cannot share
• An empty chair for those still absent
We honor their courage.
We remember their sacrifice.
We never forget.

Cold weather increases risk in oil & gas operations. Stay prepared:
Wear FR, insulated PPE
Use cold-rated gloves and slip-resistant boots
Watch for ice on stairs and walkways
Warm up equipment before use and fuel up daily
Take warming breaks and stay hydrated
Know the signs of cold stress
Cold weather doesn’t forgive shortcuts.

✨ Day 2 of my Six Days of Gratitude ✨🙏

Today, I’m thankful for the quiet blessing of having a relentless spirit.

This year marks 25 years in business. 👏 In 2005, an overwhelming idea was placed on my heart. I didn’t know where it would lead, but I followed it step by step, and mostly alone —for the first two years. (Lilly was just 16 years old & Vivie was 13) I remember these years as my hardest, raising them alone, & being a buisness owner...what was I thinking!! 🤔

Then in 2007, that little idea became Got Safety? LLC.
I’m grateful for every lesson, every setback, every breakthrough, and every moment that shaped the journey. "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans.” Proverbs 16:3.

Being a business owner isn’t always easy—there are early mornings, long days, private struggles, and moments of doubt—but I’m grateful for the strength God gives me to keep going and keep improving.

And let’s be honest… some days it’s just matcha, and Jesus getting me through the day!.
