🦈 is a strength, speed, endurance and agility program designed for teens 13-17 years old. We will be focusing on the fundamentals of lifting while explaining the importance of doing these exercises while training for sports. Within every sport, muscle plays a huge role on how the individual will adapt to the game. The gains will build confidence and self esteem which will directly impact their sports performance and life ambitions. My plan as a coach is to give these kids something I didn’t have when I was growing up playing sports and that’s a strength and conditioning coach that’s knowledgeable of his craft and can rely his message effectively. If you’re interested in having your kid reach his or her next level physically, shoot me a DM. I also work with their diet to ensure proper nutrients are being taken. Training is 3x a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday 6pm-7pm) at 🦈
