Hope it settles down.

But when your body doesn’t reset—
it usually shows up as:

• tension that won’t release
• sleep that doesn’t improve
• stress that never really turns off

That’s not random.

I see this more than people expect.

Someone is:
taking the right supplements
trying to support hormones
eating “clean”

…but their symptoms get worse.

More heat
More irritability

Discipline works…
