November always brings out a quiet kind of gratitude around our home. It shows up in the small moments, like the way a caregiver adjusts a blanket before anyone asks or how laughter fills the hallway during an afternoon activity.

This month, we are taking a little extra time to appreciate the people who make these moments possible. Our staff brings kindness into every corner of the home. They show patience on the hard days and joy on the light ones, and they care for our residents with the kind of attention that feels like family.
