Hosting moon circles has been a soul led mission for me, that felt like it started out of nowhere, and yet, always feels like home.

This New Moon in Aries is coming in dramatic as ever with a solar Eclipse, and the energy has been so dense that the effects brought the earth to shake.

We are being asked to step it up in our lives, to show up with our hearts open and give from a whole place.

We're being asked to feel, to process, to fight the inner wars so that we can exude peace.

It's not fake it til you make it, its feel it and release it.

Dear Winter,

Thank you for allowing me the silence, stillness and space that I needed to go deeper into my heart. The way that this season went by in darkness, preparing me for the light of Spring.
