✨ YogaRenew Studio Guidelines ✨

To keep our space peaceful, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, please take a moment to review our studio policy:

🧘‍♀️ In Class
• No texting or calling
• Grab props as needed
• Always make space for others in class

⏰ Arriving
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and settle in
• Check in at the front desk
• Shoes off before entering + phones stored in cubbies

🔁 Cancellations
• Please cancel at least 2 hours before class
• Students who arrive after 15 minutes will be considered late to class may not be permitted to join, depending on the discretion of the instructor and the nature of the class
• No-shows will result in the loss of class credit
• Members may cancel without penalty at any time

🧺 After Class
• Roll up your mat
• Return props neatly
• Spray your mat
• Take a moment to connect with the yoga community 🤍

will guide you through a 3-part breath, you’ll begin to move what’s been sitting – stress, tension, emotions you haven’t had space to process – and create room for something new.⁠

To close class there will be a live sound meditation using crystal singing bowls to ground you, soften you, and bring you back to yourself.⁠
