The first and most important step for successful therapy is connection. For this reason, our first priority is creating a space where you will feel safe, secure, and respected. We want you to open up on your own terms and in your own time as trust is built together. Throughout sessions you will be able to collaborate with your therapist and acheive the change you are looking for by building skills, confidence, and control.
