Looking to shed a quick 5-10 lbs of summer weight? 🤷

Give the P:Cal Diet a shot over the next 3 weeks.

How does it work?

Make the foods on these lists the centerpieces of every single meal you eat.

These lists only include foods that have at least 7 grams of protein for every 100 calories (i.e. high protein:calorie ratios)

Fill out the rest of your meals with unlimited amounts of fruit and vegg.

Don’t eat anything else.

Then watch the fat melt.

3 weeks straight at minimum. No you can’t skip the weekends.

I’m making all my fat loss clients implement this diet during the first 4 weeks of my program going forward.

That’s an important question for another day.

What you need to focus on is eating it.

Lots of it.

Prioritize it at every meal.

Protein and Fiber.

Fiber and Protein.

What’s the easiest way to get your fiber / fibre?

Include 1-2 fruits or veggies with every single meal. 🍎 🍐 🥑 🥦 🥔

Add all that up and it could be as much as 700 calories added to the “calories out” part of the equation.

“Over time” in part 3 is the most important part.

Don’t expect to see meaningful results after doing these things for 1 week. 3 months? That’s more like it.

Walk more and sit less 🚶🚶‍♀️

Double your protein intake 🍗🥩🍤🍳

Lift weights 🏋️

Sleep a little more 😴 😴

Drink more water 💧

Manage stress levels 😎 😎

Do it all consistently, and it will add up over time.

Benny the Beast 💪💪💪

Dude is a fu**in machine 🚂🚂🚂

It working with guys like Ben that reminds me why I’m doing this.

When the doubts creep in as I’m grinding at 5 AM on a Saturday morning and considering giving up, I think about the amazing people like Ben that I’ve worked with.

Ben and I started working together in October. We tackled legitimately the toughest 5 month stretch possible. The Thanksgiving / Christmas holiday season followed by the most brutal winter in years.

But none of that stuff matters to a guy like Ben. Excuses are for the weak.

Ben committed to the plan since day 1 and just executed day after day.

Started at 205 lbs and got down to 175.

30 pounds down in 5 months for Benny the Beast.

Ben runs his own Real Estate business. Ben is married with a beautiful two year old boy. Ben went on multiple vacations during this stretch. And he still dominated.

Oh and by the way, Ben’s not done. In fact I have a feeling he’s just getting started.

The fat is gone, the abz are popping, now it’s time to get fu**ing jacked.

Thank you for coming into my life and trusting me to guide you through this epic transformation.

I’m not gonna pretend results like Ben’s are typical - they are not.

Ben’s far from a typical guy though, so it makes sense.

However his results are certainly possible.

I’ve helped multiple men lose 30+ lbs over similar timelines, and I have several others I’m currently working with that I know are gonna get there.

That’s it. I’m not ending this with some call to action to buy some product or sign up for my coaching.

This is all about Ben and his greatness.

P.S. Let this be a reminder that I’m in the trenches doing real work, with real people, making real transformations.

For fat loss, nutrition is the 🔑

Activity will add gasoline to 🔥

But if your diet sucks, you don’t have a shot

You can eat 300 calories in 10 seconds 🍽️

But it’ll take you half an hour to burn 300 calories in the gym 🏃 🏃‍♀️

Maybe just show some willpower and don’t eat the g*ddam cookie 🍪

And without consistency over long periods of time (at least 3–6 months), you can’t expect to see significant results.

Monday - Thursday dialed in followed by eating and drinking on the weekends like you’re headed for the electric chair won’t cut it

Neither will a couple weeks on, couple weeks off

Summer isn’t that far off, but there’s still time to lock it down

You can still eat pizza and be in a calorie deficit. I do it all the time. 🍕 🍕 🍕

Flexible Dieting is the way.

Lifting weights is the 🔑 to building muscle and longevity

Do it all consistently for 6 months and you’ll be in better shape and 90% of America look like a statue. 💪💪💪

And just like that . . . The Winter Shred Showdown is officially complete. ❄️ 🥶 💪 💪

That 21 days flew by. Man that was a lot of fun.

Congrats to every single person who participated in any way.

Extra congrats to those who stayed committed to the process from the beginning to the end.

A 21 day challenge is a great way to lay the foundation for new habits with a community of people focused on the same goals.

And the power of the community during these 21 days was very real and made me realize I need to lean into that much more and bring people together.

And it takes much more than 21 days to achieve real, lasting change - to build it into your identity. That takes months and years of reinforcement. And I’ll be creating something to help out with that.
