Join Melissa for a Chakra flow workshop and Reiki infused crystal healing!
This workshop will include a breakdown of the energy system in the body, crystals, aromatherapy, a Reiki-infused chakra balancing yoga class, discussion/lecture, and meditation. You will learn about energy work, energy system in the body and more about yourself.
In Sanskrit, the word Chakras means disk or wheel and refers to the energy centers in your body. These spinning energy disks each correspond to certain nerve bundles and major organs. To function at their best, your chakras need to stay open and balanced. If they get blocked, you may experience physical or emotional symptoms related to a particular chakra. There are seven main chakras that run along your spine. They start at the root or base, of your spine and extend to the crown of your head and store the energy of feelings, memories and experiences.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing through gentle touch. Japanese words 'rei' means universal, and 'ki' refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.
