Difficulty breathing through the nose can cause discomfort for many, both throughout life and occasionally. In either case, you shouldn’t just accept it 😔
So what should you do?

Nasal congestion can indicate:

🍀 A deviated septum

🍀 Inflammation of the sinuses (sinusitis)

🍀 Pollen allergies manifesting as allergic rhinitis, which is noticeable during allergy season (symptom relief in just one session)

🍀 Vasomotor rhinitis, a condition affecting the blood vessels in the nasal mucosa

🍀 Complications following COVID-19

🍽️ The modern pace of life often forces us to eat on the go, rely on fast food, or completely skip breakfast. Food becomes just fuel — but it can also be medicine. Or… the cause of illness.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), foods have their own energy — Yin or Yang — and can be hot, warm, cold, or neutral. Disruption of this energy balance is a common cause of digestive issues.

💡 In China: If you have a stomach ache, not only diet helps, but also acupuncture. One of the key points for stomach pain is Zhong-Wan (CV12).

👇🏻 It is stimulated for:
— gastritis
— ulcers
— bloating and heaviness
— diarrhea and vomiting

📍 The effects of acupuncture points can be comparable to taking medication — but without the side effects.

🌀 Prevention in Traditional Chinese Medicine: Why is it Important?

Very few people come in for preventive care. Because we weren’t taught how to be healthy.
We know: if you’re sick — go see a doctor. But what if you’re not sick? Well, that’s fine.

🤕 It’s easier to take a pill when things get bad.
— Meanwhile, health can be maintained — and that’s the much smarter choice.

📍 In Chinese medicine, prevention is the MAIN principle.
Don’t wait for symptoms to appear; take care of your Qi energy balance in advance.

🪡 Just one acupuncture session a month can:
— Recharge your energy
— Strengthen your immune system
— Reduce stress levels
— Improve sleep
— And prevent illnesses long before they “wake up”

✨ Prevention is not an unnecessary expense.
It’s an investment in yourself. In your health. In your peace of mind. In a long, active life.

HOW DOES ACUPUNCTURE HELP? 🪡

Panic attacks are a state that unexpectedly throws you off balance: your heart races 💔, your breathing becomes erratic 💨, and fear grips you from head to toe. 😟

From the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the root cause of panic attacks lies in a deficiency of energy (Qi) in the kidney meridian. This meridian is linked to our fears, and when its energy is weakened, anxiety can take over.

💡 How can acupuncture help?

The needles work with the meridians to:
🌿 Restore energy (Qi) in the kidney meridian.
⚖️ Balance Yin and Yang in the body.
🌬️ Improve energy and blood circulation, stabilizing breathing and heart rate.
🧘‍♂️ Help “release” fear from the body, bringing back a sense of calm.

Important to know:
Acupuncture is highly effective for panic attacks, especially when other methods—such as psychotherapy or medication—aren’t yielding results.

What can acupuncture therapy provide?
✔️ Reduced frequency and intensity of panic attacks.
✔️ Improved emotional well-being and decreased stress levels.
✔️ Inner harmony and a sense of control over oneself.

We use techniques that not only eliminate fear but also prevent its recurrence. 🙌

Don’t endure anxiety and fear—schedule a consultation with us!
We’ll help you manage panic attacks and return to a fulfilling life. 🌟

3 Myths about Chinese Medicine that Still Prevent You from Starting Treatment!

1️⃣ “There will be many side effects after acupuncture.”
On the contrary—acupuncture activates the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms.
🧠 The body cannot harm itself. We simply provide a gentle nudge towards balance and recovery.

2️⃣ “Pulse diagnosis is not trustworthy.”
It is often dismissed as “quackery” simply because people do not understand how it works.
In reality, it is a fundamental method in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for obtaining information about a person’s health. A doctor does not diagnose all of a patient’s illnesses with just one touch. We always complement it with modern methods like MRI, ultrasound, and lab tests, which provide a clearer picture of the disease’s progression.

3️⃣ “Acupuncture is just the placebo effect.”
Acupuncture has been practiced in Eastern medicine for over 5,000 years.
📚 The effects are recognized by the WHO, and our patients see results after just a few sessions.

🫖 So, friends, it’s the middle of the week — the perfect time to take a breath, sip some tea, and just be with yourself…
Have you ever tried not brewing, but actually boiling Pu-erh?

🌿 We’re used to pouring hot water over Shu Pu-erh and waiting for it to release its maximum flavor.
But there’s a method that reveals a whole different depth in the tea.

⛩️ Here’s how they boil pressed Pu-erh in China:
— 1.5 grams of tea for 100 ml of water
— Rinse the Pu-erh: pour hot water over it, drain, and repeat 2-3 times
— Boil some water — pour a portion into a cup; this will replace your «cha hai»
— Add the Pu-erh to the remaining water — bring it to a boil
— Pour the water from the cup back in — let it simmer
— Bring it to a boil again and steep for 5 minutes
— Serve in small bowls

☕️ If you’re in a hurry — feel free to pour it into a thermos and enjoy it all day!

Boiling Pu-erh isn’t just making tea; it’s a whole ceremony that reveals the depth of the moment.

Under-eye, leg, and arm swelling can give us an unhealthy appearance and cause discomfort. Where does it come from, and how can we combat it? Let’s find out! 👇🏻

💧 Swelling is an accumulation of excess fluid in the intercellular space or even in organs. The most commonly affected areas are:
🧏🏻‍♀️ Face
🫁 Lungs
🦵🏻 Legs and arms

❓ Causes of facial swelling:
— Kidney failure
— Cardiovascular issues
— Excessive salt intake
— Allergies, injuries, bites

❓ Causes of leg swelling:
👠 High heels
🤰 Pregnancy
🪑 Sedentary or standing jobs
🩻 Arthritis, osteoarthritis
🧬 Diabetes
🫀 Hypertension, vein problems, and thrombosis

If you find it difficult to take off rings or bracelets in the morning, pay attention to this. It shouldn’t be happening normally.

💡 If the cause isn’t obvious and the swelling keeps recurring, don’t wait. It could be a sign of systemic issues. Be attentive to your health and take measures against swelling. If you’re struggling to manage it on your own, come in for acupuncture sessions that will gently and effectively improve fluid circulation in your body, relieve congestion, and activate the function of your kidneys, liver, and spleen.

Why should you undergo a COURSE OF TREATMENTS instead of stopping after one session❓ Let’s find out 👇

🧧 The principles of Chinese medicine are based on the laws of energy flow (Qi) through the body’s meridians.

When energy starts to flow incorrectly, diseases arise 🤒

The needles’ impact on biologically active points located on the meridians RESTORES THE PROPER FLOW OF QI ✨

However, the body usually needs time to adapt to this correct state ⏳

Often, we seek a doctor when the illness is already in full swing and clear symptoms are present 🦠

When a doctor performs several treatments, we do not allow the flow to revert to a pathological state, and EACH NEW SESSION CONSOLIDATES THE RESULTS 💪

☝️ Therefore, it is very important to complete a full course of acupuncture for better results and recovery.

We look forward to seeing you at
