Meet Benny, our tiniest breathing coach with the biggest heart. 💗 Today he decided to supervise some breathing postures from the best seat in the house—on one of his favorite patients!

Breathing therapy is more than just closing your mouth- there is a psychophysiological component of mindfulness, connection, regulation, and feeling safe in your body that can facilitate.
Benny helps bring attention to the diaphragm in addition to providing a calming presence, lots of smiles, silliness, and unconditional support to every session.
