Personally, I love Yin Yoga and have been considering ways that I can add this to my regular offerings.

With everyone's full schedules, the ups and downs of the world, and a need to settle/ground - I decided to nestle this offering when/where it may be most needed.

* VIRTUAL Yin Yoga Meditation - Sunday evenings at 7:30pm ET *

You're able to be in the comfort of your own home, join simply for the meditative aspect, stretch deeply if you'd like, and it's only 30 minutes. A brief and comforting reprieve before the work week.

• I'm covering for a teacher on maternity leave on Monday mornings in downtown JC for 7am Open Level Yoga. If you've been looking for a way to start your weekday morning with movement...here's an ongoing opportunity!

• I'm also stepping in for another teacher who moved out of town, at least for the short term, and offering Foundational Flow for beginner students or those who want to reevaluate and advance their practice: Thursdays at 7:15pm in JC!

• A slight shift in settings...
Based on feedback, I have shifted ALL my services to be on-site in the clinic or yoga studio + an option for a Virtual Consultation to serve those of you at a distance. This allows me to have all of my professional supplies on-hand and at your service.

I’m incredibly honored to be recognized by my peers and nominated for Best Overall Stunt by a Stunt Woman.

I was the stunt double for the lead actress, Naomi Scott, and had some hard hits in the final scene along with my stunt partner Chelsea Mahr. It’s been my biggest project to date, and I’m incredibly lucky to have worked with the entire stunt team and production crew.

Yin Yoga targets the fascial chain affecting posture, injuries, and the entire network of soft tissue and skeletal framework. We'll focus on a handful of poses that are held up to 7 minutes. Self-awareness is encouraged to attune to what both your body and mind are needing in the moment.

Diving into Nuance ~
Yoga Privates are now on the service menu in Downtown Jersey City! These are offered on-site, and at the Asana Soul studio near the Grove Street PATH station.

One concept that I love encouraging is to strip away the idea of static poses. Instead, think of the asana as a breathing experiment. How does your breath and the constant shift of your cells create feedback and change within the pose? How can you emphasize transitions to gain integrity along the full range of motion of your muscle fibers and joints?

1:1 appointments are a great way to get dedicated eyes on your form and function, and to gain a greater understanding of why you may be experiencing a plateau or feeling disconnected from the intention of the pose.

Things have shifted and I'm branching out into the broader community...and it feels SO GOOD!

If you were around with Wellness Lab from 2017 to...the pandemic...you remember that it was a community of wellness practitioners. Well, things had to shift after 2020, and I've missed having a community to call home. So, I created space in my schedule to start branching out.

I'm now strongly rooted in the and teams and aiming to help you move better! Working with you on the table is still a huge pleasure, but it's only part of the equation. Find me on their schedules and come move with me! If you're a student at either of these studios and want to dive deeper into their movement practices, you can request private sessions with me at their locations as well.

I'm also joining the sponsoring my own class on Monday mornings that combines the yoga practice with breaking down functional concerns that you have. Think of it as a mini workshop to end the class.
I got to know the community through their 'Listen & Move' series on Wednesday nights, and I'm excited to add another offering to their existing movement community. You can attend at a drop-in rate or purchase a discounted 4-class pack.
