                                            Can you feel the shift from Summer to Fall coming on? 🍂

We’ve definitely had some Fall Festival weather vibes, and I’m always excited for the sweater/light jacket season. On the other hand, it’s one of the key times that I have to pay extra attention to how I treat my physical body in order to manage my energy levels and balance my digestion. The two are very closely linked.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are two of MY Must-Do’s.
• Oil swab in my nasal passages to combat nose bleeds and first line of defense against respiratory viruses. Healthy tissues = increased ability to defend against invaders.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
• As we move towards a drier season, pay special attention to hydration levels by gradually including more nourishing/heavier oils ESPECIALLY if constipation/bloating is involved. AND as this is a time of transition, there may be a back and forth with how much to incorporate. I also limit sugar/dairy to cut down on congestion/phlegm.
