I started this business for so many reasons but my number one reason was that I was not going to separate from my daughter to work. It didn’t quite look like how I imagined, especially as she has gotten older. We opened when she was 18 months but this vision started when she was a few months old.

I definitely underestimated how much she would need me while I contributed- even if that was leading a postpartum group, session on cosleeping, or just holding another mom’s baby for a minute. Anyone else remember how sad Izzy used to get when I would pick up another baby!? 😅

Figuring out how to mother along side owning a space for mothers has been the my hardest, most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. I’m eternally grateful to this space and community for teaching so many things.

But truly it’s here for you whenever you need it. Make it a part of your weekly rhythm, come with messy hair, a tired baby. Just leave the house ❤️
