We provide tools for you to regain and maintain your physical, mental, and emotional health. Mastani HC is a compilation of many years of devoted Yoga teachers that never stopped being a student. We offer ancient practices such as Yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, Pranayama, Meditation , Crystal healing, Herbalism, and much more. Yoga Class Schedule:

What an incredible circle of learning and connecting for the Decolonizing Wellness, offering 🌿 tools for the family to understand ourselves better and create home remedies for household herbs. We delved into what are the ways colonization has impacted our hearts, minds and access to ancient health and wellness tools. We learned about our personal elemental preferences and how we need to eat to complement that. We finished with a fresh brew of tea of our choosing and went home with gifts. Join us Wednesday evening July 17th at Mastani Holistic Center in Hoboken for our Mother’s Workshop and Sound-bath hosted by Isabel Franco .Cristina.Franco
This workshop is an opportunity to connect, reflect, discuss together. We wanted to dedicate a space specially for women in the journey of motherhood me, which caught in the day to day can feel isolating. We will walk away with practical tools on how to live more mindfully and through it all still manage to make yourself a priority. 
From experienced mom of teenagers, to newer ones figuring it out.

We will end our workshop with a delicious sound 🎶bath to leave you feeling relaxed and well-balanced.
