✨LOOKING OUTWARD: A RESTORATIVE SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE ✨

Friday, March 27th- 7:30pm-9pm
with Melanie Rodriguez
Cost: $45

This workshop is the second of two Sound Bath experiences in a two-part series.

In part one in January, we reflected on rest and release during the winter months. For part two in March, we’ll explore intentions, action, and creation. Participants can expect intention card drawing, meditation, mindful movement, all leading to a beautiful sound bath experience.

The hope is you’ll leave feeling connected, supported, and purposeful as we all grow into a new season of possibility.

*Note, while this workshop is offered as part of a two-part series, they are separate workshops. Participants may register for “Looking Outward” even if they did not attend the first part of the series, “Looking Inward.”
