Aerial Fun and Fitness Have a blast getting strong. All levels Welcome, Beginners too. Hammock, Bungee, Lyra, Silks. We specialize, in Hammock, Bungee Fitness, and Lyra and Aerial Hoop.

Aerial Fitness, Bungee fitness, Circus Fitness, Aerial-batics, Aerial Arts and Aerial Yoga is accessible to all body shapes and sizes. Teacher training is open. It uses and integrates floor poses from Pilates, stretching, and fitness based moves while using a hammock to counteract gravity and create a fun experience. arly allowing you to stretch and strengthen without over stressing your joints or vertebrae. Ultimately, aerial fitness is a form of therapeutic yoga style exercise, ideal for alleviating back tension and daily stressors. We have gentle, beginner, and more acrobatic classes aerial arts classes. Therapeutic to acrobatic - pick your style. Aerial Fitness It fuses stretching yoga style exercises, pilates based core moves, fun aerial challenges, strength training, balance and posture work, to help create new brain body connections. This is for those of you looking for something outside of the normal gym workout to stay fit or use it as a great tool in addition to your weight or cardio workouts. We also have aerial arts or more circus fitness based classes. Aerial Fitness also allows for the freedom of choices for the different design of body types, personality types and in different levels of challenge for revving or restoration. Aerial Fitness has a special focus on 3 dimensional movement and joint rotation and mobility. Aerial Fitness Teacher Trainings are now open. Get Certified as an aerial fitness instructor and take this to your city, gym, or studio. Teacher Trainings are in the greater Wilmington Delaware area. Also covering Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland and across the US.

At Aerial Fun & Fitness, we offer a variety of classes including silks, hammock, sling, lyra, bungee, and restorative movement. Every class is an opportunity to build strength, improve flexibility, learn new skills, and have fun in a supportive community.

Whether you are stepping into the studio for the first time or returning to continue your aerial journey, there is a class for you.

That's what Lyra is all about. It's not just pretty shapes. It's real strength, real focus, and a whole lot of fun. Every class you show up, you're building something: upper body, core, coordination, confidence. All of it.

And here's the thing. You do NOT need experience to start. You just need to be curious and willing to step into the hoop. We'll take it from there!

Hide and seek in the hammock? Optional. 😄

Aerial Flexibility & Flow is calling you! This ALL levels class runs multiple days and times each week, and you can drop in for just $29.

We work on core strength, stability, breathing, and flexibility using the ground and low hammock. Inversions, yes. Flips and tricks, nope. This is the foundation work that makes everything else click.

It's your core. If your push‑ups feel wobbly, it’s not just your arms.
Squeeze your glutes, zip up your abs, and imagine pulling your ribs toward your hips.
Boom. Instant stability.
Your push‑ups just leveled up.
Push‑ups tip:
Use. Your. Core.
Tight abs = steady plank = stronger reps.
Your shoulders shouldn’t be doing all the work.

pssst.... If your an aerialist, these are great to balance the pulling with some pushing.
Your push‑ups aren’t just an arm workout — they’re a core workout in disguise.
When you brace your abs, ribs down, and hips level, suddenly everything feels stronger and cleaner.

Engage your core → protect your back → unlock smoother reps.
