February is ✨Gum Disease Awareness Month✨ With that being said, we’d like to provide you a few preventive actions you can take to keep your gums healthy.

* First and foremost, as we all know, brush your teeth twice daily!🪥
* Floss ~DAILY~
* You can use an ⚡️electric⚡️ toothbrush for a deeper cleaning. We recommend the Phillips Sonicare and have these in our office if you’re interested.
* Come to your regular cleaning visits.🫧
* ❌Avoid ❌sugary and processed foods, they tend to promote bacterial growth.
* Vitamin C 🍊is essential for gum health!
* ❌Avoid ❌using to***co products.
