The office will be closed 7-1-24 until 7-9-24. I will have limited hours in the office this summer. If you have any emergency or urgent needs please go to the nearest Urgent Care or Emergency Department. I will not be taking any new patients including those who have not been seen for over 1 year. I encourage everyone to start scheduling with a new primary care provider as my availability will be very limited and I plan to close the office by mid August. It has been an honor to work with all of you.
