Lincoln Way We’re an agency that works with participants of the Supports for Community Living Waiver and the Michelle P Waiver. Primarily serving Central Kentucky.

Lincoln Way is currently providing the following services: Case Management for MPW and SCL, Residential, Respite, Personal Assistance, Adult Day Training and Behavior Supports. Lincoln Way strives to always offer person centered services ensuring that each participant has the ability to have a choice in how their lives are shaped. Lincoln Way is currently accepting referrals at this time. If you have any questions or would like more information please feel free to give us a call or stop by our office.
