Upcoming by spinning babies classes! birth preparation classes are all about getting your body BALANCED and prepared to have an efficient and supported birth experience.

This class is limited to 5 couples and provides an amazing opportunity to help partners be involved in the preparation and birth.

Have you ever wondered where in your pelvis your baby is at? Or wanted to know how to try an avoid the back labor that many people talk about? Have you ever found yourself on the spinning babies website but then was confused on when and how to do the movements?

THIS CLASS ⬆️⬆️⬆️ is going answer all of your questions and help you prepare for your birth.

While others posted recaps of their year over the holiday, I spent some time stepping away and enjoying family time.

As I reflect on this amazing year I can’t do so without the acknowledgement of my partner-in-doula work Amber and I made a great team this year not only supporting pregnant families, but also doulas in our community through our mentorship program. This has been such a joy and more to come in the following month about the program.

2025 was all about helping clients have a birth they felt cared for, loved on, and safe. Giving them the agency to ask for what they needed or make changes to have a care team that would fully support their wishes.

And without realizing it I attended my 200th birth (🎉) in November.

2026 brings more changes. I’ll be taking a very limited number of clients in the upcoming year to focus more on our mentorship program and enjoying time with my kiddos while they are still little. I can’t emphasize this enough, you cannot reach out too early as I will aiming to average 1 birth/month this year (repeat clients — there will ALWAYS be room for you 🫶)

Our last baby due in 2025 was born this weekend! and I supported 59 families this year. With a quick placenta hand off and a big hug, we quickly snapped this photo together!

These two doulas officially get 2 weeks of off call time to soak in all the wonderful and magical times of the holiday season.

We are so blessed to support so many families and be welcomed into a sacred space with them. Looking forward to all 2026 will bring.

Forward Leaning Inversion

Helps with:

2. 2. Give space to baby to encourage them to get into an ideal birth position (not head down) before labor begins
3. Keeps labor progressing

Being a doula is full of so many emotions, caring gestures, normalizing experiences, a mentally and physically carrying.

Being the person to help you through your birth journey is THE MOST REWARDING gift I never expected to receive on repeat. I absolutely am in love with my work.

Helping clients feel cared for, loved on, and safe is the utmost importance in the support any client will feel alongside of me.

Do you want all the options, do you want to know when to slow down or breathe a different way, do you want to know what position may help your labor grow and progress into the next stage. That’s what support I love providing.

It’s been a busy week of appointments but feeling the love and joy visiting with families that had their baby, and preparing with families on the babies to come. Such a transformative time to connect and grow together.

Got to love running into one of your favorite doula buddies while supporting a birth! is such a gift to the community. We both really needed a hug and it worked out so perfectly to run into one another while providing support.

It is always so rewarding to support a VBAC client. This year we have more than we typically do and supporting them to that accomplishment is really what doula work is all about. Education, empowerment, and normalizing physiological birth.
