The UniBur – designed for maximum visibility & safety

Internal Irrigation
The UniBur delivers uniform irrigation across the treatment area through up to six spray points. Its internal irrigation design keeps the surgical field clear and unobstructed, while also helping to suppress heat generation inside the Bur Guard.

Tapered Tip
The tapered tip design expands the surgical field, enhancing both visibility and precision.

Protected Bur Shaft
The Bur Guard design helps reduce the risk of surrounding tissue entrapment by minimizing bur shank exposure, promoting both safety and control throughout the procedure.

Last week, NSK office staff returned to volunteer at Feed My Starving Children! Feed My Starving Children

Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) believes hope starts with food. As a nonprofit, FMSC is dedicated to helping children around the world. FMSC works with food distribution partners that stay with communities for the long haul, empowering them to move from relief to development. FMSC meals are developed by food science and nutrition professionals to supplement nutritional needs and reduce problems with malnutrition. Nutrition allows children to grow, thrive and develop to their full potential.

In Memoriam: Professor M. Gazi Yaşargil, M.D. (1925–2025)

We join the global neurosurgical community in mourning the loss of Professor Yaşargil, a true pioneer and the "father of modern microneurosurgery.”

His innovations in microsurgical technique and instrumentation forever changed the field—and continue to inspire our work in crafting tools for the profession.

We honor his legacy by striving for the same precision, purpose, and dedication he brought to every procedure.

Rest in peace, Professor Yaşargil. Your vision lives on.
