Winter can quietly impact our mood, energy, and motivation.
If you’ve noticed changes like difficulty waking up, lower motivation, increased irritability, or feeling more withdrawn, you’re not alone—and it doesn’t mean something is “wrong” with you.

Light therapy is a well-researched, practical tool that can help support circadian rhythm regulation and mood during darker months. The details matter—and consistency matters even more. Small, steady steps can lead to meaningful shifts over time. ☀️

To support you, we created a free light therapy worksheet to help you:
✨ set up your routine
✨ track mood, energy, and sleep
✨ troubleshoot what’s working (and what’s not)

📄 Scan the QR code to access the worksheet and learn more about whether light therapy might be a helpful support this winter.

Grief is rarely just grief.
Whether related to perinatal loss or other forms of loss, it is often layered with the invisible mental load—daily responsibilities, administrative demands, and the pressure to keep functioning when everything inside has shifted.

At our most recent Lotus Perinatal Loss Consultation Group, we reflected on how grief—particularly in the context of perinatal loss—can be compounded by this cognitive and emotional burden. As clinicians, we explored how naming and validating both experiences can help clients feel more seen, supported, and understood.

Holding space means recognizing that sometimes the hardest part of the day isn’t only the sadness—it’s the energy required to simply exist while carrying it.

We are deeply grateful for this thoughtful community of providers committed to nuanced, compassionate care. 🪷

Forgiveness is not something you flip on overnight. It’s a process of honoring the hurt, making meaning of what happened, and slowly releasing what no longer serves you.

Forgiving doesn’t mean excusing the behavior or forgetting the pain. It means choosing not to carry the weight of it forever. It’s about creating space for healing, clarity, and self compassion—at your own pace.

If you’re navigating betrayal, grief, or unresolved hurt, you don’t have to do it alone. Support can help you move through the process with care and intention.

We’re here to hold space when you’re ready 💜

ADHD can show up in relationships in ways that feel confusing, frustrating, or overwhelming for both partners. What often gets missed is that many of these challenges aren’t about a lack of care or effort, but about differences in how the brain processes attention, emotion, and follow through.

With understanding, structure, and compassion, couples impacted by ADHD can move out of resentment and into teamwork. Small shifts in communication and expectations can make a meaningful difference in how connected and supported you feel.

If ADHD is affecting your relationship and you’re looking for guidance, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Support can help you rebuild trust, clarity, and connection 💜

🤍✨ You’re Welcome Here ✨🤍

The holidays can bring connection, joy, and warmth but they can also bring stress, grief, loneliness, or overwhelm. Wherever you find yourself this season, you deserve a space where you feel seen, supported, and accepted just as you are.

At Thrive, we believe there is no right way to feel during the holidays. You do not need to have it all together to reach out. You are welcome in your joy, your exhaustion, your questions, and your healing.

If this season feels heavy, you do not have to carry it alone 🤍

💬✨ Conversations to Have Before Baby Arrives ✨💬

Preparing for a baby isn’t just about the nursery or the birth plan. It’s also about the conversations that help couples feel more connected, supported, and on the same team.

Talking ahead of time about expectations, emotional needs, division of labor, and support can reduce misunderstandings and strengthen your relationship during the transition to parenthood 🤍

These conversations don’t have to be perfect. They just have to be honest, compassionate, and ongoing.

Swipe through to explore some important topics to consider before baby arrives 🤍
