During 2005 I dove into the deep end of the pool, completely changed my life, and decided to start on a new career path. While my primary care physician was wonderful, many of the things I needed to clear my health were related to mental emotional state and my diet, even though I thought I was a healthy eater. I changed my health with chiropractic, massage, homeopathy, acupuncture and diet. I wanted to pass along this change in my life and my childrens' lives to others. This became my favorite quote in relation to my own health journey:

Through teachers, mentors, books and my own experience, I learned our body houses our spirit which allows us to reach our greatest human potential. How we think, eat, breath, sleep, exercise and interact within our families, relationships and communities shows its reflection in our physical bodies. The greater sense of harmony we have within ourselves and the natural world around us, the more we are able to live to our highest human potential. I've been a licensed massage therapist in the State of Illinois since 2007. I've taken many different types of continuing education and I'm always anxious to pass along new ideas and approaches to help others feel their best. I truly feel grateful and honored to do this work and consider it sacred space to live.
