❤️ Our Office is Open!

❤️ We are excited to have you back AND hope you will be happy to see us too!

❤️ We are still seeing our Patients by appointments. Therefore, if you would like to walk in PLZ call us first to speak with the staff and be put on the schedule.

❤️ We do everything possible to keep you and us safe with scheduling Patients at lesser office capacity, staff wearing masks, shields, gloves and other necessarily protective equipment, the office is regularly disinfected.

❤️ We try and ask you to help us keep appointments compact in order to minimize potential exposure time.
Please keep your mask on during whole duration of your visit.
We do not allow visitors accompanying our Patients unless it’s necessary for medical reasons. Minors will be seen in the office with one Parent.

❤️ Please do not bring but email or fax any documents that need to be reviewed or filled out.

❤️ Our office continues offering Telemedicine services - video or telephone appointments with the doctor .

❤️ Antibody ( blood ) testing for SARS-CoV-2 is now available to identify if the person was exposed to the COVID-19 virus -including those who may be asymptomatic.
This test is covered by your insurance. Please call our office at 847 466 5472 to schedule an appointment to be tested!

Dear Patients,

We wanted to update you about some changes in the operations of our office.

😷 We are open for labs, EKG, quick procedures, etc.
To ensure Your safety we keep these visits short and
are seeing only one Patient at a time.
Our Medical Assistants are fully clad in PPE!

😷 We are still evaluating and treating Patients via Virtual visits - Illinois continues to see thousands of new cases daily.
Our Virtual visits are safe and often more convenient for our Patients. We also find them personable! ❤️

😷 As we are looking into the Flu season we are in the process of acquiring Rapid COVID - 19 test.

To Our Patients- current and future,❤️

In light of the recent developments - Novel Coronavirus ( COVID -19 ) pandemic and national health emergency in the United States we are implementing the following changes in the operation of our office:

😷 We are open, however will be seeing our Patients only via Telemedicine - these are virtual visits through video or telephone communication. We feel the urgent need in this change - to preclude any possibility of virus spread.

😷 Our hours will be shorter : Mon - Sat , from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm - for now, with ongoing changes of the situation our schedule may change as well. We will keep you posted.

😷 We will be able to continue seeing the same major health plans as prior and asking you for patience when/if we have to verify the “ Virtual Visits” coverage of your given policy 🙏.

This field of Medicine is new for Patients and Providers but I think it will ensure safety AND - will make us closer!❤️

😷 We are strictly following all the quickly changing CDC, IDPH and other recommendations for Infection Control at the office and hope to stay well.

Dear Patients,

I truly feel it is a given that we are here for You!
I hope all of our Patients know that me and the staff try our best to make you all aware of our caring attitude.
I wanted to emphasize how important it is for Our Patients to understand that we appreciate you trying as well- with compliance!
I believe that medical profession is a rewarding one and I sooo would like to feel rewarded - at the end of my long and tiring day when I truly Do My Best to be kind and of service and make all my beloved Patients feel better.

My Dear Patients,
I want to wish all of us move through this sickly season more or less smoothly. It feels like we are all sick with the “ same cough “ that is soooo long lasting.
Please take care of Yourselves- physically and mentally- rest, eat well, sleep enough, take you vitamins, and get treated if you feel like you are getting sick. Do not neglect You. Get the Flu Shots - this Flu season is unusual and severe.
