Introducing ball on wall 🎾 ⚾️

Using a tennis ball, lacrosse ball, baseball, etc.. to dig deep into the muscle tissues. This activity increases blood flow, relaxes tight muscle fibers, and improves mobility.

In the first video above we target the Superficial Muscles- The deltoid also known as the shoulder. In the last video we put the ball in more of a Deeper Muscle group located between the spine and scapula. The last photo shows an image of the muscles that can be targeted with a ball.
