The Village of Hoffman Estates Health and Human Services Department is hosting a "Grief & Hope" seminar next Thursday, Feb. 8 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 1900 Hassell Rd. Dr. Alicia LaHoz, CEO of Family Bridges of Chicago, will present this seminar in both English and in Spanish.

The Health and Human Services Department will host a workshop on stress and burnout prevention on Saturday, Feb. 18 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Village Hall. Participants in this workshop will identify signs of burnout and explore stress management techniques that can promote a sense of much deserved relief.
