Triskele Wellness Center, Inc. Triskele Wellness Center, Inc. The Triskele (tris-keel) primarily symbolizes the balance among many of life's 3-fold divisions.

It is an emblem that dates back to Ancient Greece, having also been used by the Romans and, even more, by the Celts. The original Triskelion was considered by the Greeks to be an emblem of intellect, the exercise of the mind and the communication of ideas. Additionally, it was a symbol of self-development, progress and stability. The Celts, on the other hand, used Triskeles as sacred symbols related to the sun and the eternal rhythm of life. The Celtic emphasis on the numeral three represents the principle of creation, preservation and destruction. It is embodied in the triple goddess (Maiden, Mother, Crone), as well as the three phases of the moon. The Triskele also evokes the Celtic concept of the domains of material existence - earth, water, and sky. Later, the symbol was adapted as a sign for the Holy Trinity by the Christian faith. The Triskele Wellness Center embraces all of the symbolic principles and works toward providing a place for each individual to achieve their highest potential.

So true.

I'm beginning to understand that I had to grow up too fast. I took on responsibilities and emotions that were too heavy for someone so young. I fell in love before I really knew who I was, and I faced some of life’s hardest challenges way too early. All of this forced me into a constant state of fight-or-flight, always on edge, always trying to survive.

Now, as an adult, I’m feeling the effects of those early experiences. I’m often overstimulated and overwhelmed, struggling to find calm in a world that seems to move too quickly. It’s like my mind and body never fully learned how to relax or feel safe because they’ve been in survival mode for so long.

But I’m working on it. I’m trying to become the best version of myself, learning to slow down, heal, and find peace. It’s not easy, but I’m starting to understand that the journey to becoming who I want to be means addressing the past and giving myself the time and space to grow in a healthier way.

To all my family and friends,
I had been ill to a stroke and a seizure. I stopped all communication on Facebook. I had to deal with the changes in my life. I have prayed and I will say the Creator must want to send me many blessings due to my stubbornness to just keep going when I should stop. I now need to expresss myself and know that I am guided by spirit in what next to do. Believe although I trusted it is hard for me to slow down. I will try. I love you all! Do not think I have forgotten my loved ones. I have not. I am just dealing. Giovanni, I feel you will understand. My dear cousin, healing can be complicated.
I will be more active on Facebook to say hi to my loved ones and to sent healing and prayers when I can.
