Join me for all levels Kundalini Yoga in October! Whether you are new or experienced to Kundalini Yoga these classes will help you feel brighter, bring energy, strength, clarity and alignment! Classes will include physical movement, breathing techniques, meditation and gong.
For most of us meditation can be a challenge but If you can find time and discipline, a daily meditation has a transformative impact that extends beyond your practice, enhancing your overall well-being and resilience in daily life. Just like in meditation, life will bring it's challenges and when you are either simply navigating life and/or pursuing your goals a set back or a "test" will enter our lives. For many these tests will leave us feeling defeated, hopeless. This is where Kundalini Yoga helps us make those breakthroughs when life puts the pressure on. To remain steadfast, harmonious and optimistic in difficult times, because we will always be tested as long as we are here.
