Starting June 1, there will be a rate adjustment for our testing services at Attention, Behavior & Cognition:

ADHD Evaluations:
Supplemental fee (for those using insurance): $400
Total out-of-pocket cost (for those not using insurance): $1,000
Educational Testing:
New rate: $1,000

Attention, Behavior & Cognition is a busy group practice in Holden that provides behavioral health services to children, adolescents, families and adults. Since we opened in September 2017, ABC has grown tremendously, adding patients, providers and expanding our office space. We continue to hold onto the primary goal of making therapy a positive, welcoming experience for everyone involved. Our talented providers, snack station with coffee and hot chocolate, comfortable office space, family friendly waiting area with wi-fi, and online scheduling services are some of the ways we make try to make it easier. Overall, our goal is to be your first choice, providing clinical and customer service experience that exceeds your expectations each time.
