When stress starts to build, pause for a few deep breaths β you deserve it. π€οΈ
β¨ Try this:
Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Exhale through your mouth for 4 seconds
Repeat a few times and feel the difference. ποΈ
