Maybe you think your anger is wrong. That you should hide it, bite your tongue, smile even when it hurts.
But anger doesn’t come to destroy you.
It comes to wake you up.

Sometimes it whispers: Look at me, someone is crossing your boundaries again.

Sometimes it carries the echo of your grandmother’s unspoken rage - the one who had to stay silent when she was deeply hurt.
And sometimes it bursts out because someone in your lineage was never allowed to scream for justice.

There are moments when you turn that anger against yourself, as if you needed to pay for something that was never your fault.
And beneath all that fire... there’s often sadness - a quiet longing for love that could never be expressed.

So before you tell yourself again, "I shouldn’t feel this way".
Pause.
Breathe.
And see this emotion as a messenger, carrying a story from the depths of your family system.

It’s not against you.
It’s for you.

There is a big misunderstanding when it comes to masculine and feminine energy, especially around the ideas of fixing and surrendering.

Many people think the masculine is here to fix everything. The feminine is here to surrender completely.

But that’s not the truth.
The healthy masculine doesn’t fix, it holds presence, creates safety, and provides direction without needing to control.
The wounded masculine tries to fix everything because it can’t tolerate emotional discomfort or chaos.

The healthy feminine doesn’t surrender by losing herself, she trusts, opens, and flows because she feels safe.
The wounded feminine surrenders by abandoning herself and calling it “love.”

True polarity happens when
the masculine learns to listen instead of fix. The feminine learns to surrender from fullness, not fear.

When both are in balance, fixing transforms into support, and surrendering becomes trust.

I work with many women who deeply misunderstand this concept and because of it, they often feel unseen, unsafe, or unfulfilled in their relationships.
They give too much, silence their truth, or wait for someone else to make them feel complete.

How many of us truly know what we feel?
Not just “I’m fine” or “I’m angry,” but deeper.
What’s really there beneath the surface?

Under anger there’s often helplessness.
Under rage - sadness.
Under sadness - longing.
And beneath it all… love that never had a chance to be expressed.

Many of us learned to suppress emotions because no one was there to hold space for them.
There was no room for crying, for anger, for truth. So we learned to smile when it hurt.
We froze our feelings to survive.

But emotions don’t disappear. They wait.
They wait for the moment when you finally say: “I see you, I feel you, this is about me.”

That anger you feel may not even be about what’s happening today.
It might be an echo of a time when someone crossed your boundaries and you couldn’t speak up.
Maybe it’s anger you carry for someone else for your mother, who was powerless.
Or maybe it’s anger toward yourself for being “too nice” again, for staying silent.

Emotions are messengers. They show us where the pain still lives.
And once you start naming them, they stop controlling you.

Pause for a moment today and ask yourself:
What am I feeling?
What’s hiding underneath that feeling?
When have I felt this before?

That’s where healing begins.

She opened an old box in the attic, full of dusty memories.

Inside, she found a wrinkled piece of paper a drawing of a little girl holding a red balloon. The colors had faded, but the feeling hadn’t.

As she looked closer, she realized it was her own drawing. The same one she had made when she was six.

The balloon was floating away, and the little girl’s hand was reaching for it, but never touching it. And suddenly, she felt something stir inside.

That same quiet ache she used to feel when her parents were too busy.
That same lump in her throat when she wanted to cry but didn’t want to be “too much.”
That same voice that said, “Be strong. Don’t need anyone.”

She thought she had healed. She built a life, a family, a business.

But standing there, holding that fragile drawing, she realized...
the little girl was still waiting.

Waiting for someone to notice her, to hold her hand, to say, “You don’t have to be strong all the time.”

And for the first time, she whispered back,
“I see you. I remember you. I’m here now.”

There are men who feel weak.

Every decision feels heavy.

They move through life without a sense of support behind their back.

There are men who carry the silent belief that they have to do everything alone
as if there’s nowhere to draw strength from.

Behind this often stands a broken bond with the father.

A father who was there physically, but emotionally absent.

Who never looked them in the eyes or said,

“I’m proud of you.”

So they turn away from him, saying deep in their hearts:

“If I didn’t get what I needed from you, then I don’t want to see you either.”

And they remain frozen,
without direction, without grounding, not fully knowing who they are.

But healing begins the moment a man finds the courage to turn toward his father and say:

“Dad, I take from you what you were able to give me. And that is enough.”

In that moment, something opens. Strength returns.
The ground feels solid again. And he can finally move forward as a man.

A woman feels safe with a man when she can simply be herself without fear of being judged, criticized, rejected, or dominated.

He is present, consistent, and grounded.

Her emotions are received with respect not minimized or laughed at.
She can open up and be vulnerable, knowing her boundaries will be honored.

He listens instead of fixing.
He is genuinely curious about her inner world.

She feels his stability not only emotional but also energetic.
He is rooted, steady, and doesn’t run away from difficult conversations.

And she no longer needs to pretend to be strong to avoid being hurt.
Because his presence brings peace, not tension.

The safety a woman feels doesn’t come from luxury or promises,
but from the energy of trust. The knowing that she can breathe deeply,
speak her truth, cry, laugh, or sit in silence… and still be loved.

Understanding who you are is the foundation of emotional peace and authentic living.

3 Signs of Immature Feminine Energy

1.Emotional Reactivity Seeking Validation looks outside for approval and worth through attention, appearance, or relationships instead of feeling secure from within.
2.Avoiding Responsibility tends to play the victim, believing life happens to her, not for her. May expect others to rescue her or make decisions on her behalf.
3.Fear of Boundaries and Truth Avoids conflict or truth-telling to keep peace and be liked. This creates resentment and disconnection from her authentic self.

Mature feminine energy, in contrast, is grounded, compassionate, and connected to intuition. She knows her worth, honors her emotions without drowning in them, and creates harmony from a place of strength not need.

When a man unconsciously looks for a mother in his partner instead of an equal, the relationship can feel loving at first but soon becomes emotionally draining and unbalanced.
True connection requires two whole adults meeting as equals not one rescuing the other.
