We’re so excited to hold space again for a gentle evening of Breath and Sound on Friday the 13th at Vitalize Studios in Millcreek.

Expect soft breath work, a deeply nourishing sound bath, and heart-opening ceremonial cacao dessert from Omar’s Rawtopia.

This night is about reconnection — to self, to breath, to sound, and to community.

Changes

Hi Everyone!,

I am here to let you know I am closing the Soundspace. However, Soundbaths and Experiences will still be held inside 5D Salon on a monthly basis.
As much as I wanted it to run as its own business next door to 5D Salon, I found it's not practical.
The Soundspace website will remain active for all new bookings, nothing will change there. I will continue to have monthly offerings listed!
Offerings at 5D Salon will take place after the cleaners have come and performed their magic, ensuring the space meditation ready... I'll be rolling out those plush rugs, yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks just as you were accustomed to in the Soundspace.

The Mission
Healing should be accessible to everyone, and it still is!
I found Sound Healing in 2014 and it changed my life. I was running on zero and I was able to calm my nervous system, and find my center. It helps reset all the subtle layers of the body, energy centers and the mind.
I have no intention of stopping these offerings. I believe with my whole heart that finding your center is a key component to staying connected during these wild changes on planet earth.
I spend my days in 5D Salon assisting with the outer transformation of beautiful souls. I will continue to offer what I believe to be magic for your inner journey in 5D Salon and Sound.

There are three more July offerings in the Soundspace. August will be a break month.
