Yesterday I had the joy of donating massage time to the amazing teachers at Douglas Elementary 🌳 what a privilege to give back to those who give so much! Huge thanks to their PTO for organizing everything so beautifully. Love that little town so much 🌊

And of course, I couldn’t resist swinging by one of my favorite spots, The Farmhouse Deli and treated myself to a green juice, a vegan bánh mì, and a banana blondie (which I was skeptical about… but WOW. Flavor explosion. No surprise there!).
