What do you do for your holistic health??

While working on mine, I noticed these cute paint by numbers at Aldi. Everyday, I cut 2 different times in my day to work on tech free time which equates to time to decompress and do something new or that I love. I’m no artist by any means, but this is a fun way to take time away from the electronics and focus on something new.

The reality of our family 😅
1 is in bed, husband is already asleep, and us 3 other night owls awake..for now!
