We’re looking for someone who’s warm, organized, and thrives in a dynamic environment. As the first face our patients see and the last voice they hear, you’ll guide them from their first call to their final visit—handling scheduling, onboarding, insurance, and more.

Not an insurance expert? No worries—we’ll train you. What matters most is your heart for people and your ability to stay focused through interruptions.

I came to Nephew Physical Therapy for my hips and spine. I chose them because I’ve been here before and they are BY FAR the BEST Physical Therapy Clinic in West Michigan. They focus on individualized care by highly trained Physical Therapists.

I now have improved strength in my hips and core. This has improved my gait. I have all the training and tools to continue at home.

Our Story

At Nephew Physical Therapy, we are all about helping individuals LIVE LIFE BETTER. Through Physical Therapy evaluation, treatment, and education we work with our patients to find out the mechanical cause of their symptoms. In short, we are body mechanics. We believe in treating people like family and fight the industry standard of double booking, changing therapists, and being treated like a number. We spend one-on-one time with our patient for ONE hour at every appointment. We also take the time to provide manual therapy, the fancy term for touching our patients as we don't just use exercise. If we could pick, we would focus on treating grown-ups who have pain for no good reason. As Melissa would say, "They didn't fall out of a tree or get hit by a bus." We are also experts in treating vertigo, that's right, dizziness. Oh, and we really, really love treating pregnant mommas before delivery and later in life with post-partum issues. That may not summarize all that we do, but it is what we want to be known for.
