A huge thank you to Crystal from Synchrony Rehab for leading our recent cross-departmental transfer training!

At Cortland, we believe in an "all hands-on deck" approach when it comes to the safety of our residents. Whether they work in maintenance, dining, or administration, our team members are now equipped with the skills to assist in an emergency situation.

We love seeing our staff come together to sharpen their skills and ensure we are providing the best care possible. We are so grateful to have Crystal as a partner in keeping our community safe!

She is truly loved by residents and staff alike for her 'can-do' attitude and her ability to make everyone feel special. Pam, thank you for your incredible dedication and for being the light of our community. We are so lucky to have you!

We recently treated our residents to a wonderful lunch outing at deBoer’s Bakkerij! 🥐✨ It was the perfect afternoon of local flavor and great conversation as we enjoyed a meal out on the town.

Getting out into the community is always a highlight for us—there’s nothing like sharing a delicious meal with friends!

The perfect soundtrack for a creative weekend! 🎨🎹

Our residents enjoyed a full weekend of color- painting nails, flower pots, and tulips, all while being serenaded by the beautiful sounds of live piano music.

Nothing beats the combination of art, music, and great company! 💐

A little rain couldn't stop this crew! ☔️ We had a huge turnout for our trip to the butterfly garden this week. 🦋

Our residents spent the day surrounded by bright blooms and fluttering friends. It’s hard not to smile when the garden is this lively. 🌷🌵
