We're kicking off Women's History Month with an introduction to 5 women pioneers in mental health.

From the famous work of Anna Freud to the woman who was instrumental in starting the first Clubhouse, these ladies worked tirelessly to advocate for people living with mental illness. One woman even feigned illness to gain access inside a mental asylum so she could expose the horrific conditions and force meaningful change.

Today we kick off Clubhouse Movement Celebration Week 🎉

This week we celebrate the global movement that began at House and continues through International and Clubhouses around the world.

We are excited to join in the celebration — starting today with Julie 💙

Julie shared: “Lakeside Clubhouse means a lot to me! Got me out of depression and helped me in so many ways. I get to socialize with lots of people and learn things I couldn’t do before.”

Julie’s words remind us why this movement matters — connection, growth, and hope.
