If you or your trainees are planning to apply for the BCBA exam after January 1, 2027…

You need to be meeting the new 2027 fieldwork requirements NOW.

That’s right—your fieldwork eligibility depends on the requirements in place at the time of your application, not when you started your hours.

So if you’re starting fieldwork in 2025 or 2026 and planning to apply in 2027 or later, you need to follow the 2027 supervision standards from the beginning.

Please, please familiarize yourselves with these upcoming changes so you don’t risk hours that don't count!
