Throwback to last January when Valentina followed through on her New Year's resolution and after 3 months became a different person ❤
We started working in January (last year) with the bold goal of losing 20+ by the end of her 3 month meal plan. Which is... difficult.
Especially after 3 kids!
But we DID IT💪
What changes did we make?
❌Before we started working together, Valentina only ate in the afternoon and evening. This resulted in a slower metabolism due to the lack of regular full meals.
✅We switched to 4 meals/day (breakfast/lunch/dinner + snack) - well balanced, WITHOUT stopping carbohydrates, BUT still in a calorie deficit.
Movement:
She works at a desk. Some days there was a lot of movement, others - none.
But sticking to the meal plan was and always is key to progress!
✅ - 4.5 inches off her waist
✅ - 6.25 inches off her hips 💪
