Quick progress update for transformation Thursday!
My mother for many years chased around 5 kids, walked the dog and barely had a moment's rest. Was always in shape, clothes fit like they should.
But after all the kids left the house, life became a little more peaceful with way less activity. Her diet remained the same and slowly but surely, the scale started going up.
Since Greta and I moved back home from Europe, my mother decided that she would hop on our meal plan. After 3 months (not perfectly consistent), she's down 20+ pounds and has enough energy to make the dog quit on walks!! This past Easter she pulled out a dress that hadn't fit her in years and easily put it on.
These last months the biggest change has been the food that she eats. Now with activity starting to pick up, she's ready to drop 20lbs more!
Way to go Ma! Maybe next year you can get back into your college clothes 😉
