Tsveti was in good shape before working with us but now she's 😍🔥🔥🔥

Don’t feel like working out today? Bodies a little sore, didn’t get enough sleep last night. Long day at work and don’t feel like making dinner, too easy to get takeout. The list goes on and on…..These reasons, albeit understandable, are far too common in our daily lives and are a big part as to why we don’t accomplish the health goals we desire.

The hard truth is that waiting for the perfect scenario or set of conditions to happen in order to start eating healthier and working out will probably never occur. And if by chance it does, it will only be for a short period of time until life decides to throw you another curveball and out the door goes your routine, setting you back to square one. Unless you figure out how to be disciplined.

Being disciplined is not some high level of focus or trait that only a few people can posses, it’s something that is learned by completing small tasks, day by day, that turn into habits. And everyone, I repeat, EVERYONE, is able to become disciplined. But it gets better…

Once you start completing those small tasks (workouts, healthy meals, less snacking) in a week or two you will feel the results, giving you motivation to push forward. Then in a month you will see the results, giving you even more motivation. And lastly after 2-3 months, everyone around will begin to notice, again increasing your motivation and confidence.

If you solely rely motivation to help you eat healthier and workout more, you’ll end up having great weeks and bad weeks that will only leave you back to where you started. Discipline, however, will help you build habits that will increase your motivation, giving you results that will last a lifetime.

With summer just around the corner, now is a great time to start getting into shape! Here is a breakdown of the plans we offer to help you build healthy eating habits and shed those unwanted pounds.

Our goal is not to starve you or make you eat crazy foods. We believe you should choose your meals everyday from a menu that we create specifically designed to help you lose weight. NO eating foods you don't like, NO completely cutting out carbs, we only ask that you finish what's on your plate!!

Losing weight is not just for the girls, its for the boys as well!

Vasco's main goals were to burn subcutaneous fat and strengthen muscles. We prepared a personalized meal plan along with a strength training workout and the results were as follows:

✅ -13 ¼ lbs
✅ +½ inch in the chest
✅ -2 inches from the belly

For this week's transformation we take a look at Antonia's journey. She's a working mom of 3 kids!!

Despite all the daily tasks with work and 3 kids, she decided it was time for change and made sure she was going to see the process through.

We achieved her results with a meal plan and workouts from home. Some weeks she was able to complete 3-4 workouts and other weeks 0-2, depending on how much sleep she got and how busy her schedule was.

Even after days/weeks with little activity, she didn't give up, rather trained whenever she could fit it in. She did not become discouraged, she was motivated to keep pushing forward!

And like always - persistence prevails in the face of adversity😉

That persistence led to -

✅ -4 ¾ inches off her waist
✅ -4 inches off her hips
✅ -15 ½ lbs

The road to achieving your goals is never perfectly laid out. Getting there by being perfect is also rarley the case. Remember that discipline is not about making the right decision every time. It's about what you do when things don't go as planned. You will miss workouts, you will have that high calorie meal/snack, just be disciplined enough to not let it happen often. This way you will see yourself through to the end and achieve the results you desire. Don't let those bumps in the road discourage you, use them as a reminder/motivation to stay on course. You got this!

This week's transformation shows what you can achieve if you don't give up! ☺️

When Yana and I first spoke, I could almost feel everything she was telling me. I knew she was ready for change 🙂

She asked me to create a meal plan that included X-body training, which she was doing 2-3x per week.

And even though she was super busy being a mom, she found the strength and time to be able to get back feeling the way she used to.... you know - feeling good in your own skin. 😍

We started off with a 3 month meal plan which ended in the summer. During the summer we took a short break and then continued with another.

Her hard work paid off!
✅-28.7lbs

Not eating much but still gaining weight and can't figure out why? The reason might be in the little things rather than looking at your plate as a whole.

Because we are visual people, many of us will look at the amount on our plates to determine whether or not we are eating too much or too little. When in reality, it's the quality not the quantity. There are alot of foods out there (especially oils and sauces) that can make or break your weight loss journey. Keep in mind that what you use to cook your food with, season your salad, or dip your main dish in, can greatly increase the amount of calories you take in.

If the amount of food that is on our plate is not enough for our bodies, the hunger and cravings start to creep in. Resulting in constant snacking. Again, it may seem like just a handful of nuts or a couple of cookies, but 2-3 times a day can result in adding the calories for an extra meal. Try to be more mindful of what and how many times you snack during the day to help you stay on track to losing weight.

Here's a big one, movement. With a tough 9-5 schedule that for most of us is at a desk or behind the wheel, we just don't get enough movement to help put us in a calorie deficit. If we can find time to take a 30 min walk or workout from home/gym 3x a week for 1 hour, you will be amazed by the results not only on the scale, but in how you feel overall.

And maybe the toughest one for most of us is sweets. Yep they're delicious and comforting, but they pack a ton of calories that are mainly from sugar. One regular hershey's bar contains about 220 calories. If you can, really limit your sweets intake and you will see results.

Many of us have plenty of desires when it comes to being healthier and getting in shape. Unfortunately, we also have a lot of excuses and doubts about ourselves that prevent us from starting or finishing what we want to accomplish.

Believe me when I say, you CAN do it!

Let your WANT outweigh your doubt and before you know it, you'll be at your goal or well on your way to it. Everyone out there has the power/ability inside them to change, so figure out what you want and go get it. You CAN do it!

Has anyone out there been in this situation before? You decide to finally start eating healthier and exercising and the first week is going amazing. Your workouts are intense, you've prepped all your meals, and are so motivated you feel like nothing can stop you. You get to the end of the week and the scale shows its paying off. Then the second and third week comes and with it the problems. You don't have enough time to meal prep so you're going to eat out. You're tired and sore so you don't finish your full workout. And because you've missed a few meals and workouts, by the third week the scale doesn't move much and your motivation starts to drop. This is such a common scenario for many people and the reason for it is simply that we have the wrong perspective.

Time, the #1 reason people use when explaining why they can't get to the gym or meal prep. The problem really isn't if we have time or not, the problem is that we often forget to take a break from our day (or devices) for 10-15 min to think about the next few days. If we focus just a little bit more on what we need to do to make things happen, missing workouts and not eating healthy will become less frequent.

Intensity, this is a big one. So many clients think that they need to just about kill themselves to have any progress. This couldn't be further from the truth. In fact, the more consistent and committed you are to completing your workouts every week, the better off you will be in the long run. those who train harder and inconsistently never lose more weight or get into shape quicker than those who are consistent.

Motivation, what we think we need but what really is built by consistently following our weight loss routine. Unless you wake up one morning and the doctor tells you that you will face serious problems if you don't start changing your habits, most of us lose our motivation after one week. If you can set your mind to completing a full month, this will take sheer will at times, your motivation will come from the mirror and how you feel. After that month, with each week and progress check that goes by, you wont need to look for motivation because you will be staring at it every morning! And after a longer period of time, motivation is unnecessary because you will have turned your routine into a lifestyle.
