Vulnerability plays an essential role in mental and emotional wellbeing, even though it can feel uncomfortable or risky to practice. Opening up often challenges deeply held beliefs about strength, control, and self-protection, which is why it can be so difficult. This week, we'll explore why vulnerability matters, what makes it hard, and how creating space for honesty and connection can support healthier relationships, self-understanding, and emotional resilience.
