This FREE class is a Christ-centered guided relaxation practice that leads the body into deep rest while the mind remains gently aware. Yoga nidra is conscious sleep with the intention to nourish and calm to your nervous system. This practice systematically moves through breath, body, and inner awareness. In a faith-centered practice, this time of stillness becomes an opportunity to rest in God’s presence, receive His peace, and trust His promises, allowing body and spirit to be renewed by His gentle care.
If you haven’t tried yoga nidra before you are in for a treat as this class is a favorite. It is a wonderful way to connect with Christ as you prepare your heart for the Christmas season.
Everyone is invited! This class is done on the floor, but if you prefer you can still do this practice seated in a chair. All you have to do is listen to the voice guiding you. Wear comfy clothing, bring your mat if you have one, your blanket and pillow.
