Ayla Ludwig, Ph.D., LPC, NCC, CCC, is open to take new clients!

Dr. Ayla Ludwig is a licensed professional counselor and certified career counselor who believes that healthy relationships are how we heal. Her approach to therapy centers on exploring now relationships have impacted our lives and how they can be a powerful source of healing.

Dr. Ludwig supports undergraduate and graduate students navigating stress, pressure, mental health challenges, and isolation, as well as individuals feeling stuck or unfulfilled in their careers. Whether you're considering a career change, struggling with your mental health at work, or trying to feel confident in your next step, she works with you to help things feel more manageable, and more like you. Finally, if you’re adjusting to life in a new country, she also offers a supportive space to help you feel more grounded, connected, and at home.
Dr. Ludwig has been practicing as a counselor since 2018 and offers a thoughtful and dedicated space for you to work on your therapeutic goals.

Psychological Insights is growing, and we are looking for a bilingual therapist (English–Spanish) to join our team in Holland and Grand Rapids, Michigan.
This role focuses on providing culturally responsive therapy to individuals, families, and children within our community. We are especially interested in clinicians who are passionate about serving diverse and immigrant populations.

✔ Fluency in English and Spanish
✔ Appropriate Michigan licensure or limited license
