I ate almost my entire dinner without batting an eye😂.
This is healing. Crazy as it is, when we can stay focused on the present moment and what is in our control, we can actually stop reacting to clutter and chaos.

It’s the reacting and striving to control that our bodies take on as stress.

Stress is at the root of the vast majority of health struggles.

I did not start marriage and parenthood this way. It’s been a journey! Yes; a clean and organized home is great for health! Losing sleep over it is not.

What helps you stay fully present in the moment?

Oh eggs. Like dairy, there’s an overwhelming amount of humans they cause problems for. I’m one of them and this is how I navigated and improved my tolerance:

1. Logged what I was eating to find patterns in symptoms
2. Rotated my morning proteins and fats to help differentiate
3. Discovered eggs were causing cramping, bloating, and sometimes severe pain
4. Eliminated eggs completely for 90 days straight
5. Added in gut healing foods (especially gut-lining/mucus layer support) including bone broth, seafood, and cooked non starchy vegetables and fruits with healthy fats
6. Reintroduced eggs, 1-2 at a time, and spaced 4 days apart

I’m staying curious and questioning everything.

What a perfectly imperfect time awayđŸ„°. Next time it will be longer! We love the FL KeysđŸ„č!

While I desperately needed a break from our daily life, I’m ready and recharged to do my absolute best supporting all the new and current healthy strivers! One more day until I’m back on email!

Next up: Lacrosse, golf, volleyball, soccer, high school graduation and open house, a teen getting his license and braces off, and our 20 year wedding anniversary🎉!

It could literally save your marriage✌❀.

I remember when I first discovered this as a new mom with a baby girl who would turn into a completely different child when getting hungry. Giving her cereal puffs or anything she demanded was NOT IT. In fact; they made it worse.
It was a healthy, balanced meal that restored us all to calm, clear thinking and acting. To this day, at 18, I’m still asking her: “Before we let this escalate; have you eaten a balanced meal yet today/recently?”

Your relationships are not just emotional

We call this lifestyle. It’s daily habits, behaviors, and mindsets that create health status.

It can be so incredibly challenging to make the changes needed, especially with nervous system healing and food choices.

I believe in us. We belong to each other and don’t have to do it alone.

Your body might crash out at first, but with practice, your resilience will shock you.

Being sensitive, empathetic, caring, kind, and giving while also boundaried, firm, assertive, and bold is possible. I don’t know how anyone does it without faith, however. I’m not saying it can’t be done, I just couldn’t.

I reached a point where people-pleasing, niceness, and good-girl programming was destroying my physical and mental health[life]. This is why I chose to heal. It prepared me for the unimaginable I’ve encountered as a business owner. Something tells me it’s only the beginning.

I see it every single day with clients. From low thyroid to IBD, and everything in between. There’s hope and profound healing is possible.

Be wise out theređŸ«¶. You never know what healing can do for you or others through your most impactful, healthiest self❀

If you’re freezing with low energy, try:

🍠 roasted veggies
🍚 warm grains

Warm foods = easier digestion + better circulation + cozier energy đŸ”„

Translation: you’re not lazy
 you’re just cold.

Bonus: Well-cooked foods are also best during times of stress and illness đŸ«¶

This is freedom✌❀. Tell me what you value most and I’ll hold you accountable to it. I promise you, however, you can’t “do it all” and the sooner you accept it, the more you’ll thrive.

It is a GUARANTEE people in your life will struggle with your priorities not aligning with theirs.

The conversations about values and beliefs is probably my absolute favorite to have. What’s even richer is when we can love, support, and encourage each other fully knowing we are different.

Healthy doesn’t look the same on everyone and it begins with freedom to be the unique individual you were given to this world to be💞
