I ate almost my entire dinner without batting an eyeđ.
This is healing. Crazy as it is, when we can stay focused on the present moment and what is in our control, we can actually stop reacting to clutter and chaos.
Itâs the reacting and striving to control that our bodies take on as stress.
Stress is at the root of the vast majority of health struggles.
I did not start marriage and parenthood this way. Itâs been a journey! Yes; a clean and organized home is great for health! Losing sleep over it is not.
